How to Get Paid to Write Articles Online
If you've always wanted to be a writer, get published, or start your own blog, there are dozens of ways you can publish your work online, and get paid for it. Many people go the blogging route where they set up a blog about a specific topic or niche, and then earn Google AdSense revenue or get paid by advertisers or through affiliate programs. However, there are easier ways to start making money on the web.
Content publishers like Associated Content, Demand Studios and BrightHub pay writers upfront for high quality articles on a variety of subjects including travel, health, shopping, business, sports and more. You can write on virtually any topic, and the editors on these sites will review your work; then you get paid.
Associated Content pays between $3 - $15+ for high quality submissions that meet their guidelines, and are at least 400 words in length. Demand Studios pays between $5 and $15+ depending on the type of article you submit. BrightHub currently pays $10 per article, and you earn money based on pageviews. You don't have to be a professional writer to join these networks, and as you build your reputation, you'll have a chance to generate hundreds, even thousands of dollars.
Writing articles can seem intimidating at first, but the more you write, the better you will get. These types of sites are always looking for high quality work, so it's in your best interest to learn how the submission process works, what the site is looking for, and how to write unique, search-engine optimized content for the web.
If you're not sure what this means, take the time to do some research about search engine optimization (SEO) and how to promote articles online. There is a wealth of information available on the web, and the sooner you understand the basic principles, the sooner you'll be able to get higher payments for your work.
It's generally a good idea to stick with the sites that pay you an upfront payment PLUS a bonus for your pageviews, because you can start building a residual income as you submit more work, and start to get strong readership. That way, you can continue to make a consistent income every time you submit a new article.

Textbroker.com Reviews
As a freelance writer I am regularly searching for legitimate paid to write websites. I ran across a posting about www.textbroker.com in a favorite forum of mine. I signed up right away, but honestly forgot about it for a few weeks.
I am so glad I started checking in with www.textbroker.com daily! I like that I can choose from on average 1600 assignments. I can research topics I might otherwise not have reason to educate myself on. I like that you know how much each article is worth right away. You are paid per word, and each assignment specifies how many words to use.
Www.textbroker.com is a great outlet for U.S. Based freelance writers. The minimum payout is easy to reach, it is $10. The payments are sent once a month, and you receive evaluations on each article submitted. Feedback on your work is sometimes worth as much as the money you receive in my opinion.
I have been writing for over 2 years for websites like www.helium.com, www.reviewstream.com, www.sharedreviews.com, and of course the standard www.associatedcontent.com. I am finding myself spending the majority of my time working on articles for text broker more often than any other website these days. It is hard to pass text broker up. There is no guess work, no factoring in of stars, or how popular the subject of your article is, or how it will be ranked. As long as you are able to read and follow the clients instructions, you will have great success at www.textbroker.com. Considering you choose the articles and you know immediately how much each submitted article is worth, pending customer acceptance.
I would highly recommend this website to other freelance writers. You can earn as much money as you want at text broker. I have already made $40 this week at this website. In addition to fair pay, you can earn promotional bonuses, and direct orders from customers who like your style and previous work.
I think www.textbroker.com is an excellent addition to any freelance writers portfolio. It is also a great way to earn money from a legitimate company who will pay you!
You don't have to be a professional writer, in a nutshell if you have great research talents and you can write, read and follow instructions than www.textbroker.com is the website for you to sign up to be an author with. The process is simple, the assignments are easy to complete, and the pay is immediately determined . Acceptance doesn't take long for articles, and your account is credited as soon as the article is bought. I really prefer text broker to Associated Content, and I am sure many Associated Content Producers can understand why I feel that way. There is nothing more insulting than being offered $2 for a 500 word article that you poured your heart into!

Alternative to GPT sites - Textbroker
Lately I have been posting mainly about GPT sites so I thought I would make this post a little different. Text broker is a paid to write site where you are essentially a ghost writer. You get paid by the word that you write for the employer. The amount you get paid all determines on how well your writing is rated by the Textbroker staff.

A very easy way to make money on this site is finding rewrite jobs. These always seem to be the easiest because they require no research. Another reason it is one of the easiest is that the customer already knows exactly what they want and how they want it. Unlike on GPT sites where you never know when something is going to credit I have not had a single job not be paid on this site.
There are a couple of points that you should know before starting to write on this site. First unfortunately there is no referral program what so ever. Second for the most part each article you write seems to pay about an average of a penny per word. If you can write five thousand words per day you would make a total of fifty dollars a day. I just don't have the time for it so I have only been paid three times and only have one payment proof posted.
Some people also don't like the idea of writing for other people. If you want to make money and keep the rights to your content I suggest using a revenue sharing site. Most of these pay very low however around four dollars for every one thousand page views. The best site for this is Bukisa which also allows you to post slides and videos to earn some money. This site does have a referral program. You will make five percent of anything your first level referrals earn. You are able to earn with three referral levels on this site but I am not sure what percentage you get from second or third level referrals. If you need any help getting started on either site feel free to contact me.
